Ober Gatlinburg has finally released the pricing and details of the 2026/27 Season Pass!!! Basically, Ober has an adult Season Pass for about $400, students for about $300, and this year there is a new "Nights Only" (last four hours of any day) that is only about $200. All Season Passes come with two "Buddy Passes" and five discounted (about half price) lift tickets - but those 2 Buddy Passes and 5 Discount Lift Tickets can't be used during holiday periods (two weeks of Christmas, three days of Martin Luther King Day weekend in Jan, and three days of President's Day weekend in Feb). Season Passers also get 10% off all food and goods at Ober too! If you are able to use your 2 Buddy Passes and 5 Discount Passes and also some discounts on food and goods, the 2026/27 Snow Season Pass can be an absolutely great deal!!! Parking Season Passes might be available at a later date, last year the price and restrictions of the Parking Season Pass made it a questionable purchase for some - you should ask for specific details before buying a Parking Season Pass! www.obergatlinburg.com/activities/ski-snowboard Pluto is totally stocked up on great snowboards, great snowboard boots, and great snowboard bindings right now! Capita, Never Summer, Thirty-Two, Lib Tech, and Gnu Snowboards are on our bountiful snowboard racks in abundance!!! ...

The 2026/27 Ober Gatlinburg Snowboard/Ski Season Pass will be available to buy on Thursday, October 15th!!! The rates will be the exact same as last year (they didn't go up!), so that is good news, and there is more. Ober will also offer a "Nights Only" season pass, it will get you on the snow for the last four hours of any day that they are open and it will cost less than a regular all-hours season pass. More details on the 2026/27 Ober Season Pass should be posted on the Ober Gatlinburg website on Thursday, but for now you can see some hints about the 2026/27 snow season here: www.obergatlinburg.com/blog/new-improved-and-changed-for-winter-2026Ober Gatlinburg might not have a fancy gondola like Aspen, or have all the runs that Vail has - but it is the very best snowboard/ski resort in the great state of Tennessee! We are so happy to have snowboarding going on soon right here in the Volunteer state! Will they be open on Thanksgiving weekend? Will they set up an even bigger Terrain Park on Lower Bear this season? Is there going to be a new run open this year??? More news coming soon. ...
